Summary

Good Company by Aryve is a three-bedroom penthouse for six guests, overlooking the Nobby Beach village on the Gold Coast. It is built for sharing, with a pink pool table at the heart of an open living level and a covered terrace made for long lunches.

The kitchen, dining and lounge run together on one level, so the group stays in the same room whether cooking, playing or settling in for the evening. Each of the three bedrooms is styled differently: two have a king bed and one has a queen. Every bedroom has its own ensuite, and a separate powder room serves guests. Air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi throughout and a laundry with washer and dryer keep a longer stay easy. A long balcony and the covered outdoor dining area give the penthouse its open-air side, with a glimpse of the sea in the distance.

Cafes and restaurants in the village sit a short stroll from the residence. The light rail runs along the highway below the balcony, north to Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise and south to Burleigh Heads. The residence has two secure basement car spaces and shared use of the building's outdoor swimming pool. Access to the penthouse is by stairs only.
